BROCQO is a dietary supplement based on concentrated broccoli sprout powder. Each sachet contains 5 g of broccoli sprout powder with naturally occurring bioactive compounds (ITC).
When is BROCQO suitable?
BROCQO is developed for days of high training intensity or competition.
How do I use BROCQO?
Mix 1 sachet into water, juice, a smoothie, yoghurt, or other cold beverage. Avoid high heat as it can affect enzyme activity. Always follow the recommended dosage on the packaging.

Why broccoli sprouts?
Young broccoli sprouts can contain significantly higher levels of glucoraphanin than mature broccoli. The levels vary depending on, among other things, the variety, the stage of development, and growing conditions.
What is sulforaphane?
Sulforaphane is an isothiocyanate (ITC) that can be formed when glucoraphanin comes into contact with the enzyme myrosinase. Sulforaphane has been studied in several research areas, including physical exercise.
Is BROCQO only for elite athletes?
No. BROCQO is developed for athletes and active individuals who train at high intensity, for example in running, cycling, strength training, CrossFit, and team sports.
How does BROCQO taste?
BROCQO has a distinct taste of broccoli with a slight mustard-like sharpness.
Is it safe? Any side effects?
BROCQO contains broccoli sprout powder. With higher intake of broccoli products or sulforaphane-rich products, mild gastrointestinal symptoms such as gas, loose stools, or nausea have been reported in some people. Always follow the recommended dosage on the packaging.

Right of withdrawal:
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to food packaging that has been broken or opened, for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened packages are accepted for return.

Our products are manufactured in Stockholm. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure that our products are of high quality and affordable. We are extremely meticulous with our process, as ITC is an unstable compound.
How should BROCQO be stored?
